1. Customer First Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Independent Direct Sellers should always provide accurate product information, professional service and timely support to customers.

2. Product-Based Business

OARWA is committed to promoting genuine product sales. Customers are encouraged to purchase products based on their individual needs and preferences.

Participation in the OARWA direct-selling opportunity is entirely optional and is not required to purchase products.

3. Ethical Business Practices

Independent Direct Sellers are expected to conduct their business honestly, ethically and professionally at all times.

They should:

  • Provide accurate product information.
  • Treat customers with respect.
  • Maintain professional behaviour.
  • Follow all company policies and applicable laws.
  • Protect customer privacy and confidential information.

4. No Misleading Claims

Independent Direct Sellers must not make false or misleading statements regarding:

  • Product performance.
  • Health benefits.
  • Medical claims.
  • Income opportunities.
  • Business success.
  • Guaranteed earnings.

Only information officially provided or approved by OARWA should be used while promoting products or the business opportunity.

5. Income Disclaimer

OARWA does not guarantee any fixed income, salary, profit or financial success.

Business incentives, where applicable, depend on genuine product sales, customer demand, individual effort, business performance, company policies and applicable laws.

6. Business Volume (BV)

Business Volume (BV) is an internal business calculation used by OARWA for determining eligible incentives according to the company's approved compensation plan and applicable policies.

BV should never be represented as cash, guaranteed income or an investment return.

7. Responsible Marketing

Independent Direct Sellers should use only official marketing materials provided or approved by OARWA.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • False advertising.
  • Spam messaging.
  • Misleading social media promotions.
  • Unauthorized use of the OARWA logo or brand.
  • Creating fake testimonials or reviews.
  • Making unrealistic income or product claims.

8. Online Conduct

While promoting OARWA through websites or social media, Independent Direct Sellers must:

  • Use respectful language.
  • Provide truthful information.
  • Comply with applicable laws.
  • Avoid misleading advertisements.
  • Protect customer privacy.

9. Customer Support

Independent Direct Sellers should provide reasonable assistance to customers regarding product usage, order status and company policies.

Any complaints or disputes should be referred to OARWA Customer Support whenever necessary.

10. Compliance with Laws

All Independent Direct Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, consumer protection regulations and direct-selling guidelines issued by competent authorities in India.

11. Suspension or Termination

OARWA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent activities, policy violations, misleading promotions or unlawful conduct.

12. Changes to Guidelines

OARWA may update these Direct Selling Guidelines from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
