Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OARWA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement within 1 day from the date of product delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, invoice and accessories.
  • The product should not be damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper handling by the customer.
  • Products purchased under special offers, clearance sales or promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. These may include:

  • Opened or used personal care products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.
  • Products specifically marked as "Non-Returnable".

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Package Images
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will verify the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.
  • If a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, OARWA may contact the customer for alternative refund arrangements where legally permitted.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return if the product qualifies under this policy.

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged only if they are found to be damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping or delivery charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of OARWA, such as an incorrect or defective product.

8. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected by our quality team before approving a refund or replacement. OARWA reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

9. Changes to this Policy

OARWA reserves the right to update or modify this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page.
